Jose graduated from UC Berkeley in 2019 with a degree in Computer Science. For the next couple of years, he worked as a Data Engineer in Silicon Valley, learning the ins and outs of tech world and becoming familiar with big data.

Jose has been teaching Math, Computer Science and Languages since he was in high school, and enjoys infusing his teaching with enthusiasm and novel perspectives. Though his favorite subject is Math, he also loves teaching and having conversations in Spanish and French.

In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, watching French TV shows, and making music under the name Mister Monk. He also loves outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing.
